Symptoms after FET??

Question

What and when were everyone’s first symptoms after FET that lead to BFP?! I just had my first yesterday, and I would just like to hear what everyone else experienced!

I had some cramping 3 days after my FET, the 4th day I was super nauseous,my boobs felt sore and felt full and had a headache. I got my first faint line at 5dpt!

Oh I love this post because I’m currently in the wait period and I’m analysing everything!! I’m getting a lot of cramping on and off and praying it’s the little one attaching itself! My boobs are also tender but I’m on progesterone pessarys and progesterone shots twice a week because of my miscarriage history so I was thinking that’s maybe why my boobs are sore! But hoping it’s because I’m nearly pregnant! 🤞🏾 xx
