Lost pregnancy symptoms

Hey guys,

I am currently 8 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I had an early scan at 7 weeks and 4 days where a heartbeat was seen. During that appointment I was prescribed clexane (lovenox) injections, and 400mg progesterone (cyclogest) per day due to recurrent miscarriages (I have APS, and have had 4 losses). I also take 5mg folic acid, 75mg of aspirin and a vitamin D supplement.

The day I started taking the clexane and cyclogest my pregnancy symptoms all went away. I get sore breasts but only during the night when I turn over in my sleep, and I also have mild cramping. No bleeding at all. I was just wondering if there is anyone epse who has been in the same situation as me that has gone on to have a successful pregnancy?

I am trying to take things day by day and not overthink but its very hard given my history 🤞
