Nauseous and diarrhea
I started having heartburn a few days ago and just feeling very nauseous. Now it’s still there, it’s hard to eat and I also have loose bowels. I think it may be a stomach bug or could it just be third trimester stomach issues? I never had this in beginning or with other two pregnancies. I am 34.5 weeks. Blood pressure fine and baby moving fine.
