Help, did it break?

Okay so I’ve been sexually active for awhile. But I’m worried right now. I just had sex with a guy and when he pulled out, the was cum in the condom(obviously) but I’m worried about if there was a small rip or something, because when I sat up a white fluid came out. I don’t know if it’s just something my body produced or if it was maybe some cum that came out of the condom.

Thoughts???

I take birthcontrol but I’ve never taken it regularly for birth control, it’s more just to control my period. I missed several days and doubled up. And this has been for the past few months.
