Pumping help

Currently only breast feeding and I’ve started using my Haaka and everyday I’m getting a little more milk in it :) I would love to have the option to bottle feed so my Husband can do it and especially when we have company or are out somewhere but how do I know how many ounces to put in the bottle? Baby is currently 6 days old.

Also the haaka is nice right now as I’m just getting use to breastfeeding and pumping a little bit but any recommendations on a good pump?

Are there certain times your suppose to pump? For example before or after breast feeding?
