Heart rate spikes?

Just wondering if this is a thing for anyone else? For a while now, my heart rate will randomly spike into the 140s and 150s and I will feel very faint, mostly it happens when I'm just laying on the couch already or things like that.. should I bring it up to the doctor or is it like a normal symptom, I'm 32 weeks. Thank you!

My heart races at times, it happened a lot more a few weeks ago than it has recently. My Apple watch would alert me that it was over 120 and I had been at rest for at least 10 mins. I am 34 weeks along, so maybe closer to your gestation when it was happening more frequently but I was also work a more stressful job around that time in my pregnancy as well. 
Either way, it was always short lived, never made me feel funny and when I looked into it “heart palpitations” were a common enough thing being pregnant that I never felt concerned enough to discuss with my doc.

Is it after you've eaten? I have noticed with my gestational diabetes the first sign my blood sugar is going up is my heart pounding (it's not even high at this point) I think it's my body trying to work extra hard. Try moving around more after eating have you had the blood glucose test? Xx

Definitely bring it up to your doctor! 
But to reassure you, I have had it too and it hasn’t been anything serious. I think because we have more blood volume while pregnant and our hearts are working more, it can lead to an irregular heartbeat/dizziness/feeling faint. 
It didn’t last forever for me. I hope you feel better soon!
