NYS divorce and pregnant

Anybody else divorcing, in a new relationship, and pregnant in NYS specifically?? He had a year long affair, separated & filed. We’re doing non contested, he just has to sign the agreement this week. I literally just found out i was pregnant with my boyfriend after years of infertility with my ex. I know some states will delay until the baby is born, but NYS will allow it to be finalized. I want to confirm my ex won’t be seen as a legal guardian? I’m trying to find out before i bring this up to my lawyer.
