Double check semen analysis

It's been explained but someone with patience and experience please look at my husband semen analysis. All she said is about morphology and i asked for supplements. She gave supplements , same brand for Ovasitol which is awesome to know. So, i trust the company cuz it worked for me to regulate. He's been taking it for a month. I know vitamins and stuff takes 3months to show results, but Ovasitol did it withing 2wks when i started. Someone write allover it please and where to target and how? What did your husband do?how long improved? What else should my husband take?
