Pregnancy question
I have question about being pregnant and at what week does the baby need more food nutrients from the mother like at what week more crucial for the baby besides not having appetite in the early trimester ima Muslim and it’s Ramadan ( fasting month) now before y’all have negative comments the rule for Ramadan is for all the adults have to fast but there are excusesable acception for like the sick the elderly ,pregnant women and women who are on their period . They don’t have to fast if they aren’t able to but later on they have to make the fast on their own time .. (what is Ramadan if you ask Fasting from dawn to sunset is required for all adult Muslims, with some exceptions for age, illness or other medical conditions. During Ramadan, Muslims observing the daily fast being with a meal before dawn called the suhur, then end each day with an evening meal after sundown called the iftar.) … to be in detailed .. so now I’m pregnant 10+1 pregnant and it’s Ramadan month I wanted to fast but ofc if I feel bad I can break it so I just worried that like if it’s ok to fast without eating anything at all bc usually the Muslim wake at dawn to eat something and before sunrise you have to eat quickly not our fast not valid for example dawn time meaning we gota get up like today suhoor time (where we get and eat so we can fast through the day afterward ) was at 5:49 is the End time for eating so we have get up between 4/5 bc after you eat during that time your fast won’t be valid now what happened to me I ate around at 1-2 midnight but I ended throwing up so I decided I will get up at 5 to eat something but I end up over sleeping so now I’m fasting didn’t eat in suhoor so hoping baby is ok at 10+1 day we break our fast sunset and honestly it’s not bad just around lunch time we get hungry and like evening but we get to use it it time flies
