Thyroid cancer?

Question

Hi! So I was diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer in January 2022. Found out a month later it most likely spread to lymph nodes on my right side. Have any of you had thyroid cancer that spread past lymph nodes, or does anyone know changes? I looked it up but keep getting mixed results.
If it did metastasize past lymph nodes, where did it spread to? Thanks!

So sorry to hear! It’s such a hard time I feel ya
I have also been diagnosed with thyroid cancer which has spread to nearby lymph nodes. I am having a total thyroidectomy in a month though. Apparently it is very slow growing cancer so they aren’t worried but just to be safe I’m doing it ASAP as will need radiative iodine therapy and have been TTC for many months already and this will further delay having a baby. 
What did you endocrinologist say ?
