9wk miscarriage and now bleeding?

At 9 weeks I went in for first ultrasound. There was no baby, only debris in the gestational sac. I took the option if the medicine as I just wanted to "get the nightmare over"

I bled for 10 days, heavy the first day then moderate the rest of the days. Went 2 days without any bleeding. Now I say I've been spotting for 5 days. 4 days ago my HCG was 49 (the week prior 548).

Now today my discharge looks like this. My apps say I'm in my fertile window but not sure I tuely am due to my HCG. This is my first miscarriage after 2 kids, so I'm kinda lost.

What would you guys say? Am I already ovulating? Is it too soon? Thoughts?
