Skin condition???

Hey guys! Ive been dealing with these bumps and scars in my lady area and on my butt for a while now. I noticed them while i was pregnant with my son during the summer and thought they would go away but they havent. I’ve been trying every remedy to get rid of them because its so unattractive and makes me SUPER self conscious when having sex. I got tested for all STDS so i know its not that, but im pretty sure others would think it is which is very embarrassing 😣Does anyone know what this can be or how to get rid of them? Im just ready to be comfortable in my own skin like how i used to be !!!
