Egg retrieval scheduled for early May

Hi everyone! Just started my birth control 2 nights ago to prep for egg retrieval in early May. So excited to get this process started. My husband and I have been trying for about 18 months. We have a 2.5 yo that we conceived naturally but have struggled with MFI this go around. I’m 36 and my husband is 39. Started CoQ10 two months ago, and continuing to take vitamin D along with a prenatal. I read It Starts With the Egg and have eliminated all fragrances and most single use plastic items from our every day life. Any other advice? Thanks in advance!
