Brown bleeding- need reassurance hopefully

I’m 8 weeks along and am having brown discharge as of yesterday, not considered heavy becuase it’s only when I wipe but it’s what I normally have before a period except by now it would be full on blood and thank goodness it’s not.

I have had a few US due to early onset pain and we have since seen a heartbeat about 1.5 weeks ago. This just started happening after I went hiking and climbing rocks while on vacation. I have no accompanying pain but the discharge and old looking blood just won’t stop. Of note my OB found a unconcerning super small hematoma so I’m praying that is why this is happening

I’ve contacted my OB and she says to monitor unless I have heavy bleeding or pain but I’m just so worried. Hoping for some reassuring stories from you ladies. This is my second pregnancy and the first one was flawless- this one is giving me a run for my money
