I’m week 8 and having brown bleeding that is transitioning to dark dark red on and off. Just started yesterday so I haven’t seen my OB yet but praying hard it’s nothing

I’m currently about 10 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing some bleeding. Sometimes it is only spotting, but other times it’s a lot more than spotting. The most has been enough to fill an overnight pad. I went to the ER when that happened, they said it was a threatened miscarriage. They did an ultrasound and blood work. I followed up with my OB and she said that the baby looked beautiful and the heartbeat was strong. I am still continuing to have some spotting and some heavier than spotting bleeding I’m curious to know if other women are experiencing this around this time.
