Restless legs, help please 😩

I developed RLS during my third trimester. It runs in my family but they aren't helpful. Ive tried everything my midwife has suggested but im so tired of it. I need help with ideas for what worked for others. I obviously can't go on any medications and I hope this ends after I deliver.

I constantly feel itchy and it sets it off like mad. Other times I'm just feeling the urge to move and im to the point where its so bad im kicking so hard unintentionally. I feel like I'm gonna hurt myself or the hubby on accident soon if I cant get it under controll.

So what helps you or others you know?

I've tried many things and some have worked once other not at all.

The things I've tried:

Heat pad

Leg or full bath soaks with Epsom salts.

Messages

Walks

Ice packs

Elevating legs/feet

Stretching (helps a bit)

Magnesium
