Embarrassed! Pregnancy gas!

So I was cramping really bad last night never in my life had hurt so bad and of course atjust 5w 3d we thought the worse (don't worry it's not a sad story). So my husband rushed me to the local hospital.😳 Now I'll never be able to return because evidently I don't know my own body. I spent almost 4 hours in the hospital to be told it was GAS and I needed to go home and FART. I'm just going to curl up and die a little inside and see if I can convince my husband to pack up and move states.
