Miscarriage levels

Hello,

I am so confused right now and would love some help. Friday I went in and my levels were at 445 and Sunday it dropped to 145. Doctor said that it was a miscarriage and they wanted a blood test today (over 48 hours later). I got the results and it was at 144 (1 lower). Is this normal? I would think it would have been lower than one.

We are at a loss with this miscarriage as everyone is. Anyone on here going through or that went through the same thing, I am so sorry for your loss.
