Discharge…. Help

I’m 7weeks +4 days.. Has anybody had anything like this before and everything be just fine??? It’s been a week of this discharge maybe once-twice a day, consistent in color.. I saw my dr on Monday and she said there was no active bleeding, baby heart rate 144bpm, baby is measuring a week earlier.. bloodwork was done and it appears all my levels are good.. progesterone 20.7.. hcg 102,332.. but here we are 3 days later and I’m still spotting like this…

Help ease my mind.. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
