Pregnant and my uti won’t go away😭

Since having my little boy I feel like I haven’t been able to fully empty my bladder but I didn’t think much about it and so now I am 14 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and it feels worse. I go to the bathroom about 4 times a night because it feels like my bladder is full but then I barely pee.

I’ve had 3 drs visits since pregnant and each time I have a bad uti so I’m on month 3-4 of having a uti and no medicine will get rid of it. But now it has gotten to the point it hurts to sit down. Like when I sit down it feels like everything in my abdomen is being shoved up and it hurts. And the inside of my vagina feels so sore that it almost feels like I’ve given birth again. So when I sit I have to sit very easy.

Has anyone else had this problem?
