Wondering if we should try and tackle potty training before or after baby #2 arrives. I’m 20 weeks now and my daughter is almost 2.5, and will be 2 years and 9/10 months when little brother arrives.

Although I think she’s probably cognitively ready, she likes the process of going potty and knows the steps from her cousins, she just never actually goes on it or tells if she’s wet or needs to. I’m not sure if it’s better or easier to wait until after baby since I hear they regress when you have one. I haven’t been in a rush because I’d rather make the process easy and wait until she’s ready!
