Cervical mucus?

Can I ask what everyone’s cervical mucus is like after ovulation if they’ve conceived? I know it’s not an accurate way to detect pregnancy but my body is different this month to normal… I’m 5DPO and it’s extremely watery and slippery and normally I’m bone dry after ovulation? Anyone else had this and found out they’re pregnant?

I have had some nausea in mornings but it’s not bad but it makes me lose my appetite. Not been sick yet though. I’ve also got veiny boobs but they aren’t exactly sore. They just feel heavy.

Sorry for tmi but I want to know what everyone else was like when the conceived.
