I’m so lost!! Please help

Hello everyone! So I’m a 22 year old that is graduating college in a month. I plan to get my masters degree online in a few months as well. I’m currently 15 weeks pregnant and have a fiancé. I go to school 3 hours away from my hometown, and my fiancé lives in the town which I go to school at. He is a construction worker and I’m a server. He wants to rent a house as soon as possible, he is still with his mom and I’m with mine also when I’m not on campus. He plans to find a place closer to where he lives due to his job even though he can relocate to an office closer to where I live (1hr 30mins away). First of all, I feel so far away from my support group, aka my family, and I feel as a mother it’s so important to have your mom around when you have a baby. But my mom is also telling me that we can stay with her and I can do my masters for a bit while also saving up money for us to actually buy a place. We wouldn’t have to pay rent to her or anything, just buy the groceries we want. My fiancé does not want to do this unfortunately and he wants to find a place for us to rent. I’m so nervous because I will basically have no job while working on my masters and staying at home with the baby. I just feel like it’s going to be a nightmare and something bad is going to happen. I feel like he may not realize how expensive everything will be for us. I don’t want to be far away and us lose the house because I cannot live with his mother. She is overbearing and can be much to handle and rude. Am I being selfish or overreacting? What should I do? I try to tell him these things but I don’t feel listened to.
