Cramps on birth control?

EDIT FOR UPDATE: woke up this morning with the heaviest period halfway through my cycle. Yay for irregular periods… I’m switching birth controls to something different in a few days 😅

Have been having some weird side effects last few days on Norethindrone. I’ve been on this kind of birth control just shy of two months, and am now suddenly cramping pretty bad. No period so far, but also I normally get my period in a couple weeks so I’m not sure what’s happening. Is this normal or has anyone else experienced this?
