Chest pain

So I’ve been getting random chest pain for over a year now, it’s always in my left side and comes on suddenly and is a sharp stabbing pain that’ll take my breath away, it used to bring me to tears but now I work on my breathing until the pain goes away, but it’s also giving me major anxiety on a daily basis which is exhausting . I’ve been to a cardiologist, had X-rays, ultrasounds, blood work etc. and nothing has ever come up. My doctor is telling me there’s literally nothing else they can do to figure out what is causing it. So I’m just wondering if anyone else has had the same thing I’m describing. What did it turn out to be if you did get a diagnosis?
