Best infant car seat!!

Question

What is the BEST infant car seat for under like $250?? 
I’ve always really liked Graco brand car seats but can’t seem to pick which one I want for my baby due in June. 
I had Graco with my first and loved it and had BabyTrend with my second and wasn’t a fan. 
What is your recommendation?

We had the Graco Snugride Snuglock 35 Platinum XT. It was the best rated on ratings, imo. I’ve seen others complain about the seat being heavy. I didn’t have any issues with it. We used the seat a little past our daughters first birthday and upgraded to the Graco 4ever DLX 4-in-1. I choose to carry the seat up until we decided to upgrade, bc I didn’t always want to get her in and out of the seat and carrying the seat was just easier for me, so the weight of it wasn’t too much of a problem for me.

I've only used Graco extend2fit and this next baby will buy another one. Depending on the store and style of the car seat the prices vary.

We upgraded to this carseat from the infant carrier and I love it. Easy to install, straps are easily adjustable as baby grows, and the fabric is machine washable.
