General question for advice
Hello y’all. I’m a first time mother with a two year old who still sips a little on my boobs. I’ve been wanting to try some weight loss supplements that aren’t harmful to my heart, but not recommend to take while child is still “nursing”. My doctor said I’d have to lose at least 50lbs to at least help a baby to stick. Since the news of having to lose weight I’ve been stressed and if it’s not my kid who’s got something going on it’s my mom, whom I’m a caregiver to. Long story short. Any recommendations on kicking my kid off the boob or take a weight loss supplement that won’t affect my child?
