Brown discharge, blood night before 6weeks

Someone please answer this! I’m 6 weeks almost 7 weeks pregnant and when I wiped yesterday I had some blood on the toilet paper but it didn’t last and stopped after 2-3 wipes (tmi I did masturbate with my wonderful wand right before).. I wiped tonight and now it’s light brown on the paper. I know that it’s probably old blood but has anyone else experienced bleeding and light brown during early pregnancy?? Doctors said it’s to early to tell anything so they aren’t having me come in and now I’m paranoid.
