Sexually frustrated

I'm married, a little over a year. We do not have sex often. It's something I have been dealing with for awhile now. I am at my wits end, I've tried talkinb; a few times. I've gotten mad and argued. He clams up, it is like pulling teeth trying to get him to open up. One of the recent fights we had he stated he didn't want our relationship to end over something that is fixable. I told him that I won't get a divorce, we will have an open relationship before that happens. Did anything change? No! Again, just recently I brought it up, I said we should go to counseling. He didn't even hesitate, it was a hard no. I am just ready to give up. Idk what else to do. I can walk around the house in bra and cute panties and nothing. I'm dying over here. I honestly feel like of I can't get it at home, I might as well get it from somewhere else. I'm at a loss.
