So many complications…please share experience/advice
So I was already a high risk pregnancy due to my age, previous loss and having a few autoimmune diseases including Lupus. I have made it to 30 weeks (tomorrow) but the baby is now also breech, I have an anterior placenta previa, and the baby has suddenly stopped growing, he is now under 10% (3 weeks ago he was just under 50%). His heart rate has dropped about 15-20 beats but is still good and he is very active still. My Dr called yesterday and said they are sending me to our area’s main hospital and that the baby may need to come now or I may have to stay for closer monitoring and also it’s dangerous if I go into full active labor. (I have also been having contractions already and my cervix has thinned to 2.5 from over 4cm I’m the last few weeks as well). I have never had a C-section I’ve always done natural as I also have a gene mutation that makes it so I can not get an epidural, I cannot be numbed or put under anesthesia so they will be trying to use a local to try to take the edge off. But due to the situation I will need an emergency or possibly planned c-section. They also said because of the placenta/position/problems they have no idea where they would be able to make the incision since there are so many risks with that as well. I am hoping for anyone with any experience on any of these issues is willing to share with me good or bad just so I have a better idea of what to expect and what could happen. I’m also worried about the baby suddenly being so small and his heart rate getting lower and lower when it’s been steadily the same the entire pregnancy. Thank you everyone in advance for the help (picture of my bump and the baby from 2 days ago)
