Please help

My daughter is 9 months old. SHE DRINKS ENFAMIL AR because of reflux since a newborn. She randomly got diarrhea and her pediatrician said it could be her milk and switch her to a soy based formula for a week and so I did. It helped stop the diarrhea right away although it ended up having her bowel movements pass as balls very formed. After I week I switched her back to her usual formula and she still is passing formed balls. I’ve been diluting pear juice, hasn’t worked, I’ve given her 5ml of prune concentrate 2 a day and still hasn’t worked. It’s been 2 weeks since she’s had a mushy cream consistency and has been passing either balls or like a long formed poop. She has a regular doctors check up appt in 2 days. What should I do ??
