Headache 6.5 weeks

Is there anything to take for severe headache at 6.5 weeks along? Tylenol does not help at all with headache. Excedrine type meds help me tremendously and I usually take some sort of headache medicine (combo caffeine/aspirin/Tylenol) at least once a week or more when not pregnant. I’ve been told by my doctor and nurse that I definitely should not take anything with aspirin in it. I am miserable and in a ton of pain. Caffeine alone (cup of coffee etc) does nothing. It’s the combo of the ingredients as in excedrine that works for me. Anything I haven’t heard of yet? Maybe? Lol…thanks for any thoughts I’m desperate.
