Is it just me, or does everyone seem to want you to have a boy?

Every time I mention having a girl, the reaction I get is so blah. 
“Oh, how do you feel about that?”
“I’m sorry, did you want 2 girls?” 
Ugh, I’ve had enough of peoples opinions. Be HAPPY for once!

So it’s mostly people want you to have one of each gender. I’m having my second boy and I hear the “aw are you sad? Will you try for a third?” I had gender disappointment for my own reasons but the comments from people don’t make anything better.

Everyone wants me to have a girl because I have two boys. We really want another boy 🤷‍♀️ they wanted a girl for my second too. I think it's just the whole wanting the opposite gender thing.

Our families always wanting boys, this is my 3rd girl and nobody showed the minimal excitement when I told them,  they were disappointed it’s another girl, making me feel even worse than I already felt. I’ve decided to take some distance I am very close to my family but I don’t need that kind of energy right now.

I don't know the sex yet but I keep saying I'm so sure it's a girl and not a single person seems to be willing to accept that, everyone keeps saying they're guessing boy. I'm not sure if it's just to be different than me or if people are still stuck in history where everyone wanted a boy to carry on the family fortune and name or something 🤣

It’s true!! When people find out my first is a boy, they all say how lucky I am he’s a boy. How easy they are or how they wish their first was a boy.
