New mom question

Hey so I’m 18 and having my first baby i did find out it’s a girl but my pregnancy has been terrible I’ve been constantly sick and have had to go to the er multiple times I recently found out my placenta is in front of her than where it should be my coworker said her sister has had a miscarriage because of it I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problems and the doctors didn’t tell me much just that they have to keep a close eye on me I’m kinda scared I’m going to loose her because my body can’t work the way it needs to. Has anyone else had there placenta in front of the baby? And if anyone knows how dangerous it could be or what it means it would mean a lot to me…. Thank you!
