pleasure

okay, this is gonna be so weird/awkward but had anybody ever started to like pleasure themselves & then after a few minutes, you like start feeling bad about what your doing ? & feel guilty about doing what your doing i dont know if its just me & if it is i feel so weird about it. like sometimes ill feel super bad of what im doing & i’ll literally have to stop because i feel guilty & start crying. is something wrong with me ? or does anybody know why this happens
