Pregnancy test help

I have missed my period by over a week and a couple days I've have taken three pregnancy tests already and they keep coming back negative my normal period is the second week of the month my last period was the second to last week of the month so I'm going by that I missed that period I have taken them with a full bladder and hardly any drinks before bed I have been having some pregnancy symptoms like I did with my first but I'm really not sure. I took a test 2-3 days ago and I still don't have my period. Should I test again? I'm not using the cheap tests either I'm using the clear blue pink dye and the clear blue digital they worked with my first kid on my first test. My doctor doesn't have any openings until my appointment in June and I was told to go to the ER or emergency one if needed but I feel like that's just not necessary.
