2 hour glucose test

Hello,

I am 12 days PP and due to having gestational diabetes while pregnant my obgyn has scheduled a 2 hour glucose check during my 6 week check up. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this test and if you passed or failed? I've been googling and I can't seem to find what the fasting numbers and post numbers should be. I'm pretty nervous about failing as I've been eating pretty terribly since he was born and just looking to see what recommendations would be to get it under control before my test. Thanks in advance!
