Hey everyone, I have never had a miscarriage before. I did get a vvfl two days ago on first response. I woke up this morning bleeding heavily and back pain, passing clots. I had my first PP period a week ago, 3 months Post partum. Is this a miscarriage?

Either the vvvfl was false (it happens) or you are experiencing a very early miscarriage. Looks to me like that is normal period bleeding (clots are normal) although miscarriage bleeding would be the same if it is a really early one. Honestly I would chalk it up to that being my period.

You could go to your gyn and have blood work done. If you were in fact pregnant your levels would still be high as they can take weeks to drop. If it’s a mc you’d also want an ultrasound afterwards to ensure everything has passed.
