Implantation bleeding or period? TMI

Hi I’m 17 dpo and 3 days late on my period. I took a pregnancy test 1 day before missed period and it was a negative. Yesterday I started spotting light brownish discharge before it was white discharge. Now the brown has darkened w hints of pink. It’s kind of weird. I’ve had all the symptoms of pregnancy and period that are similar so it’s hard to tell. If anyone can help me out? I wiped when going to the bathroom now have on a pad and nothing 😭 it was like discharge and stringy a little and sticky! I didn’t think to take a pic until I wiped the second time 🤦‍♀️ so not the best imagine So weird please help!
