Help! Almost 5 month baby rash?

My brother texted me yesterday while I was at
work and he said my LO had some rashes. He
didn't explain to me that they were almost all over
his body. When I saw them last night, they were
much more red. I grabbed a clean wash cloth and
wiped him down (gently) and put him some
hydrocortisone that his doctor prescribed for a
prior occasion (his nipple was acting up a bit). I'm
planning to call his doctor tomorrow but is this
something to freak out about or?

Looks like a heat rash to me, id call doctor to be sure but I would try not to freak out.

Doesn’t look to concerning but make sure you don’t put that cream on or around the eye area

no my baby had sth like this but lighter in amout like dry patches and doctor said it must be eczema and gave me 1% hydrocortisone but it did return so I did my research and saw a lot of moms had been using Tubby todd for rashes dry skin and stuff like this and I bought it and in 3 days it all cleared up its amazing and mind u my baby has a very sensitive skin could tolerate aquaphor it made it worse the only thing that saved us was this ointment from "Tubby Todd All over ointment"
