Any advise?

So at 19 weeks, baby has steadily been head down and back to back, I know baby has time to move. However one of my twins was head down early and engaged at 25 weeks, my son was head down but not truly engaged until later in pregnancy. My babies apparently like to be head down. This will be my second vbac and aiming for non medicated water labor/delivery. Has anyone had a successful vbac with a B2B baby? Any tips? Tricks? Just supportive words? With the location of the placenta they are expecting baby to stay B2B.
