Work out advice?

Does anyone know any intense ab workouts for pregnant woman that won’t cause muscle separation? Any advice. I’m pretty active in general and I feel like my stomach shouldn’t be neglected while pregnant. I usually skate board and I was a pole dancer for the minority of my pregnancy but sense I switched life paths I’m kinda like 🤷🏻‍♀️ I can’t skate anymore either. I’m afraid I’m going to fall so
