Weight gain
Hi all!
I’ve gained 11 pounds during my first trimester (so far) and I’m not loving that. It’s weird too because I’m not eating more than usual, and I definitely have some food aversions.
What are some healthy ways you guys prevent excess weight gain? Personally, I think I’m going to start drinking protein smoothies to stay full for longer and definitely going to make sure I do a work out 3-5 times per week (which is hard because I’m SO exhausted!).
