Horrible back pain

Ok ladies is it just me or have y’all had horrible back pain from picking up your baby and after having a epidural during labor and delivery? Bc I think it has to do with both but it seems to get worse if I’m trying to rock him to sleep and it takes a tole on me bc then I want to go for a walk but it’s like it makes it worse so basically have y’all experienced this and If so what did you do ? Some of my family says to do hot showers, heating pads and ivprophine or alieve
