Unisom

So I’m a paranoid freak when it comes to medication especially during pregnancy (had serious adverse reactions to common medications before ) but I am at my absolute breaking point with the nausea and vomiting . I’m 10 weeks and I’ve done every natural remedy in the book with no help/relief . So my dr recommended to try unisom and b6 and as a last resort Zofran.

I just purchased the unisom and of course went to the Internet and heard that it can cause all sorts of birth defects.

Has anyone used unisom and had a healthy baby?
