Is there anyway this isn’t a miscarriage?

6w. Been having pink spotting the past two days on and off. Enough to see when I wipe but not enough to get on my underwear. No clots. This morning it was slightly heavier than it has been and more red than pink but still no clots. My doctor did a vaginal ultrasound yesterday and said it’s too early to tell yet if this is a viable pregnancy.

I’ve still been having increasing symptoms though, my boobs are still killing me and I threw up for the first time this morning. No cramps, just spotting. Anyone have this and it work out okay?
