Is implantation dip a real thing? Got a dip today at 7dpo. Or does it mean I'm out?

I always get a dip at 7dpo, when I first ever charted BBT I never got the dip and I was pregnant, ever since using it I’ve got the dip at 7dpo and I wasn’t pregnant

Could be implantation dip but could also be due to the secondary estrogen surge (which happens on both pregnant and not pregnant charts). BBT is moreso to confirm ovulation, cannot really be used to predict pregnancy. You can use BBT to notice trends, but BBT itself will not confirm pregnancy until you get a positive test. Good luck ✨

I didn't get a dip but I got a temp spike when *i think* implantation happened. I got a positive test 2 days later. Dips have always been failed cycles for me 😕
