Rash or dry skin?

First time mom, my baby is almost 6 months old. Her pediatrician said it’s eczema. It’s only on her belly. No where else. What can I do to treat this?

Pipette eczema cream worked so well on my sons eczema in that same region. You do have to be religious about applying it though to see it work. I started putting it on every diaper change until I noticed it getting better after a couple days. Then I’d do once in the morning and once at night until it was gone

Hydrocortisone 1% twice a day & can be used for baby acne on face

To me that looks like swnaiaitive akin n nappy has been rubbing I think I’d use a bit of baby oil as a barrier or get softer nappies maybe doesn’t look like eczema just sensitive

My son’s doctor recommended Eucerin baby lotion for eczema, and Aquaphor works wonders, too. Especially for when the patches get more dry and uncomfortable. I do them after his baths. It doesn’t totally get rid of his patches, but his is very mild and it definitely makes him more comfortable! :)
