How do you know if you’re having an early miscarriage?

Usually bright red blood, clots, and cramping. It is common to have spotting in early pregnancy and some women bleed. The cramping is what usually is indicative of a miscarriage

Mine was insanely painful. Like, had to go to ER painful.

Mine was like an intense period a little more than a week after my positive test. I did have a few hours of extremely intense cramping that was surprising. It was the worst pain I’ve ever been in, honestly.

A positive test followed by my normal/slightly heavier flow and a negative test. With my first miscarriage I never would’ve known if I didn’t take a test. With my second miscarriage it was extremely painful for a few hours but otherwise was a normal period.

If I didn’t test, I would’ve just thought it was my period.
