Okay so normally my periods every 2 months I don't ovulate due to pcos but I started ovadital and 2 weeks after I got a period which would be like 38 cycle. Well today's day 16 and I took this opk. What does it mean. Is it accurate? And when should I babydance??

Flashing smiley is a high fertility so it has detected estrogen so definitely baby dance and ovulation will be near. Keep testing though as you should get a solid smiley soon which is peak fertility so the test has detected estrogen and the LH surge so ovulation would be pretty imminent 12-24 hours maybe.
